Tesco Cafs are looking for a Front of House team member to greet customers, serve food and drinks, keep tables clean and help with stock and cafe operations.

You will work as part of a friendly team, following health and safety standards, delivering great service and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive Tesco Caf environment that supports career progression and flexible working options.

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
• Clearing and sanitising tables so our caf stays clean.
• Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
• Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
• Knowing our cafs menu inside out and making sure food is served the way its intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
