YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated individual for the role of a Café Cook. As a Café Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and service of our hotel during day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff, and helping to drive the business forward. The Great Western Hotel offers 15 boutique bedrooms, meeting/function rooms, offices, and a café. It is an extension of YMCA Dulverton’s Group social enterprise initiative, providing training in Hospitality, Catering, and Business Skills to young people who may not otherwise have access to such opportunities.
