Job description

Lancaster University is seeking a Cafe Bar Manager to oversee several College Bars for the upcoming academic year.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st July 2026. Secondments will be considered for the right candidate.

You will ensure that your designated units are set up to maximize revenue opportunities while controlling costs in line with targets. Additionally, you will ensure that the atmosphere and customer service meet the standards expected of you.

You will manage a team of student staff and be responsible for their training and development within department guidelines.
