A Typical Day

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe bar, ensuring efficient service and health & safety compliance
• Supervise and coordinate cafe bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Foster a positive team environment promoting professional growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste
• Ensure high standards in food and beverage presentation
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage the cafe bar budget, controlling costs and maximizing profits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, report maintenance issues
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Plan and execute promotional activities to attract members and increase sales
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as sales targets and customer satisfaction scores, qualifying for performance bonuses
• Support the Club and work Duty Management shifts, overseeing the club during these times

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cafe or management role within hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Financial acumen and experience with budget management
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, results-driven, highly organized, with attention to detail
• Flexible, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Desirable: Knowledge of theme nights, party nights, and organizing member events.
