Tesco Cafs is looking for team members to join the Back of House and front-line service, ensuring food is prepared to standard while keeping the kitchen clean and tidy. You will help deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high safety and hygiene standards across shifts.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced role within Tesco Cafs across the country. You will be part of a diverse team, able to multitask and communicate effectively, with opportunities for flexible working and career development

Responsabilités

• Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• FIFO stock rotation to keep our food fresh.
• Accepting deliveries and safe storage of food.
• Following all operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to our cafs
• Maintaining standards and ensuring all food products are available.
• Knowing cafs menu and serving food as intended.
• Resolving customer complaints and passing on information to Caf Manager.
• Staying up to date with business communications and new initiatives.

Whats the secret ingredient behind our cafs big breakfast? Or our terrifically toasted teacake? Beyond fresh ingredients, its the care of our Back of House team, of course. They prepare food, keep our kitchens clean, and deliver the consistent quality our customers know and love.
As a member of this team and someone whos dedicated to great service, youll make sure every dish lives up to the promise of our menu, all while keeping our kitchen clean and tidy as you go. Its an essential and varied role, where your work helps to make every day a little better.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
