Job summary

Benugo Limited is seeking an experienced Cafe Assistant to join the team at Urquhart Castle in Scotland. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role is seasonal, with full-time hours during school holidays. Hours are reduced in off-peak periods; there may be opportunities to cover additional shifts. Training is provided; a friendly, team-focused attitude is essential.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant to join the team at Urquhart Castle

We Offer:

Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Seasonal (Full time during school holidays)

About the Cafe Assistant role:

• Taking orders, serving food and drinks
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times

Working Pattern:

This is a Permanent seasonal role. You will work Full-time hours during our peak trading periods (Easter, Summer, October half-term and Christmas holidays). Hours are significantly reduced, and may be unavailable, during quieter periods in line with business needs.

There may be opportunities to increase hours during the off-season for the right candidate, including providing holiday cover, supporting events, training and other operational requirements.

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
