Position Overview:

We have an exciting position available for a Café Assistant whose role is to assist with the day-to-day operation of the cafés within Salford Community Leisure, focusing on high standards of food service, cleaning, and excellent customer care.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good oral communication skills
• Experience in completing forms such as incident reports and stock orders
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Cash handling experience
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Previous catering experience
• Consistently demonstrate SCL’s behaviours
