Hours per week: 18.5 hours over the following schedule:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 16.00-20.00
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 14.00-20.00
• Saturday: 08.30-17.00
• Sunday: OFF

We are currently recruiting a Café Assistant for our busy Xcite Linlithgow venue.

Your role involves preparing and serving simple hot and cold meals, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks, and delivering excellent catering service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold meals, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks
• Undertake routine maintenance and cleaning duties
• Actively promote healthy eating
• Maintain vending machine stock and operation
• Promote and sell products and services
• Conduct stock checks and keep accurate records
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the café area
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Carry out general duties including routine maintenance and cleaning
