Hours per week: 32 hours over the following schedule:

1. Monday: 09:00-16:00
2. Tuesday: 09:00-16:00
3. Thursday: 09:00-16:00
4. Friday: 15:00-18:00
5. Saturday: 09:00-17:00
6. Sunday: OFF

We are seeking a Café Assistant to join our team at the Xcite Linlithgow venue. The role involves preparing and serving hot and cold meals, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks, ensuring excellent catering service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold meals, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning duties
• Promote healthy eating initiatives
• Manage vending machine stock and operation
• Promote and sell products and services
• Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the café area
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain records
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks
