Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Café Associate for full-time roles at our venue. You will take reservations, manage tables to maximise revenue, and provide excellent, courteous service with detailed knowledge of menus and ingredients.

You will ensure allergen guidelines are followed and assist with opening/closing duties. Role focuses on service excellence, accurate payments, stock monitoring, and maintaining a welcoming café environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or café service preferred.
• Ability to answer questions about menu ingredients.
• Attention to allergen guidelines and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks at the counter and on tables.
• Monitor stock levels and manage stock as needed.
• Maintain café cleanliness and follow allergen guidelines.
• Ensure payments are accurately posted to guest accounts.
• Open and close the café as required.

Contract: Full Time
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour plus tips

Full and Part Time available

Within our Café you will support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing our tables to maximise revenue.

In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.

You will also have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• Serve food and drinks both table service and over the counter;
• Monitor stock levels and stock management;
• Maintain cleanliness in the Café and Follow allergen guidelines;
• Ensure payments will be accurately posted on guest accounts.
• Opening and closing duties for the café

Due the operating times of this outlet evenings are not a requirement in this role.
