About Us:
We’re a vibrant, independent café known for great coffee, fresh food, and friendly service. Our focus is on quality, consistency, and creating a welcoming environment for locals and visitors alike. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member with at least 3 years of hospitality experience to join our fast-paced team.

About the Role:
As an all-rounder, you’ll be a key part of daily café operations. You'll bring confidence, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Your experience in a similar high-volume, independent café environment will mean you can hit the ground running.

Hours are between Wednesday and Saturday between 8:30am to 15:00pm each day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, efficient customer service at the counter and on the floor
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Make and serve drinks (coffee/tea/juices) if trained
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café and service areas
- Support your team in peak times and contribute to a positive work culture

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy, independent café or similar setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in customer service

Barista experience is a bonus (but not essential if not the main duty)
