The Role

The Café Assistant will be essential in creating a smooth and enjoyable café experience for our guests. This role combines customer service, order processing, and general support for our food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities include

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requests are captured.
3. Preparation of hot and cold drinks including barista coffees.
4. Delivering food and drinks to customers and clearing tables.
5. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues.
6. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity and precision.
