Job summary

Brakenhale School is seeking a proactive School Staff Instructor to join our CCF team and support the delivery and administration of Combined Cadet Force activities. You will manage records, uniforms, and logistics to ensure smooth cadet operations.

The role requires GCSEs including Maths and English, plus Armed Forces or Cadet Force Adult Volunteer experience, and health & safety awareness. This is a school-based, on-site position within Greenshaw Learning Trust.

Qualifications

• At least five GCSEs or equivalent, including a C/4 in Maths and English.
• Regular/Reserve service in HM Armed Forces or experience as a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer.
• Awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage CFAV and cadet records on CAEDET MIS and update or remove records as needed.
• Handle requests for uniform items, including loan, return, and management.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, meals, and training locations for approved activities and cadets/cadets attending courses.
