Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join the RFCA for Yorkshire & the Humber as a Cadet Administrative Assistant based in Driffield. You will provide expert administrative support to the Ministry of Defence, with preference given to applicants with Armed Forces backgrounds and RQMS/CQMS appointments, though other suitable experience will also be considered.

RFCA supports Army Reserve and Cadet units across North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, funded by the Ministry of Defence. A key role involves providing administrative and logistical support to the Army Cadet Force (ACF), a vibrant youth organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative and technical matters at County HQ and the Cadet Training Centre (CTC) in Driffield.
Requirements:
  • Current, full driving license including Category D1 and C
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with diverse age groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to prioritize workload efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, positive, and flexible attitude
