We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to oversee our logistics department, focusing on managing robots, palletisers, conveyors, and other auxiliary equipment. As the technical lead, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems, manage budgets, develop maintenance plans and schedules, and oversee daily breakdowns. This role requires a strong technical engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Technical Management:

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of logistics equipment.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

• Budget Management:

• Manage the logistics department budget, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

• Develop cost-effective solutions and track expenditures.

• Planned Maintenance:
