Hunter Selection is seeking a CAD Technician in Cardiff to update and amend drawings for project approvals, and to produce standard detail drawings reflecting project specifications. You will liaise with project teams to meet timelines and ensure accurate documentation, with a strong focus on CAD accuracy and sheet metal experience.

The role offers a starting salary of £29,000-£31,000 per year plus pension, share scheme, life insurance, on-site parking, and excellent training and development

Qualificações

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in drawings and revisions.
• Experience in design or manufacture of sheet metal products.
• Competent at identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Update and amend drawings to assist in achieving project approval and status A sign off.
• Modify existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope or specifications.
• Document all revisions and communicate updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Produce standard detail drawings showing various project specification details.
• Liaise with project teams to understand requirements, timelines, and resolve technical queries.
