Job specification

Work in the Design Team to provide technical expertise to the client and operational teams.

Produce high end technical drawings and AutoCAD design proposals

Use of software including AUTOCAD.

Answer technical queries.

Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Have a good understanding of current building regulations.

Update and maintain design documentation as projects evolve.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.

Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and relevant industry regulations is an advantage.

Ideally you will have experience in the Built Environment, fa??ade and cladding knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
