Network Rail is seeking a CAD Technician to produce and maintain CAD drawings and 3D data, primarily using AutoCAD and Autodesk ReCap. You will manage CAD information, support scheme diagrams and project documentation, and ensure data is version-controlled and accessible to project teams.

The role involves working with the CAD Manager to promote standards and support robust documentation and efficient project delivery within the rail environment.

Qualificações

• Good CAD skills and engineering knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with CAD data management and version control is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and maintain high‑quality CAD drawings and 3D data using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Prepare scheme diagrams, conceptual designs and detailed plans for reports and presentations.
• Provide guidance on CAD data transfer standards and systems to support project delivery.
• Promote CAD procedures and standards across projects and ensure compliance by suppliers and contractors.
