Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: London

A leading Design & Build main contractor with a growing client base is seeking a talented MEP CAD Technician to join their in-house design team. The company delivers large-scale residential and mixed-use developments ranging from £30m to £100m, including high-rise residential, student accommodation, and hotel schemes across London and the South East.

Role Overview:

As an MEP CAD Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the in-house MEP and design teams. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, ensuring smooth design development from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed MEP drawings and schematics for residential and mixed-use projects
• Work closely with Design Managers, Engineers, and site teams to coordinate services
• Assist in clash detection and model coordination
• Maintain drawing standards and document control throughout the design process
• Support the integration of BIM processes on projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician within the MEP or building services sector
