MEP CAD/ BIM Coordinator

Hertfordshire

£40,000-£50,000 per annum

Due to a number of major project wins, we are seeking an experienced CAD/ BIM Coordinator with an MEP background to join the design team of a well-established and expanding Building Services Fit-Out Contractor in Hertfordshire.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the in-house design team to model individual service layouts and schematics, creating coordinated service layouts and 3D models.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors and Client Teams during design team meetings in the concept and design phases.
• Work on large-scale fit-out projects, including retail, commercial, and laboratory environments.

Skills and Background

• Experience with AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks, or FAB MEP.
• Previous experience on large-scale fit-out projects, designing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
