A leading engineering recruiting firm in Stone is searching for a CAD Technician (Electrical) to assist with CAD work in the nuclear team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and experience with AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN. This permanent role offers a competitive benefits package, including 28 days holiday and is based on-site. Candidates should be prepared to work under pressure and have good communication skills.

Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: On site role
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours

Role Summary
- This role is in the nuclear team primarily helping with CAD work, undertaking As-builts or modifying drawings according to markups plus converting/redrawing from PDF's or TIFFs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN
- Capability to Design and modify instrument loops drawings and control circuit drawings
- Knowledge of electrical panels containing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) and/or DCS.
- Good Working knowledge of Control, Electrical & Instrumentation circuits.
- Able to Develop technical solutions to meet project and customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexible in their methods of working
- Good communicator
