About the Role:

As aCAD Technician, you will primarily be responsible for producingATM layout drawings and costingsto accurately determine suitable installation positions and the works required for successful project delivery. These outputs are based on initial reports from our in-house surveyors and cover locations across the UK. Your work will support multiple stakeholders withinNCR Atleosas well as our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid working knowledge ofAutoCAD 2D, along with proficiency inMicrosoft Office applicationssuch as Excel and Word. Familiarity withcloud-based softwarefor tracking and audit purposes is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing & submitting CAD drawings, Microsoft Survey documents and Costings for ATM Installation Projects across the UK.
• Collaborating with our Surveyors, CAD and Planning team members, Scheduling/Build Supervisory teams, NCR Atleos remote support teams, and external contractors to gather all necessary information and ensure timely submission of comprehensive installation proposal packages.
• Promptly and accurately maintain daily tracking documents and HR records in line with company standards.
• Provide occasional support to the Planning team, once appropriate training has been completed.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing and housekeeping tasks associated with the role.

Key Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience withAutoCAD 2Dis essential.
• Excellenttime management,organizational, andcommunication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with apositive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Consistently reliable withexcellent timekeeping.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both office-based and remote colleagues.
• Solid IT competency, including proficiency inMicrosoft Forms, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications.
• A basic understanding ofminor building workswould be advantageous.
