Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a CAD Technician in our Manchester office to support multiple projects across sectors. You will help deliver accurate drawings and models using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related tools, ensuring efficient delivery for clients and teams.

The role requires 5+ years in industry, EngTech or equivalent recognition, and experience with Common Data Environments. A strong focus on detail and digital development is advised.

Qualifications

• Minimum BTEC Level 3 / HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject.

• Typically 5 or more years’ experience in industry.
• Use of CAD Software – Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation / Revit / Civil 3D.
• Experience in any of the following; Structures, Drainage, Civils and Highways working in the Rail / Highways and Power and Energy Sectors.
• Ability to produce accurate and appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner.
• Experience in use of ProjectWise, Forma or other Common Data Environments.
• EngTech or professional recognition with another institution.
• Experience or interest in Reinforced Concrete detailing.
• Experience or Interest in Digital development-Dynamo, Generative components, Python etc.
