Job summary

Crafiz Solutions LLP is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to support our team on a flexible, contract basis. The role involves preparing accurate CAD models and drawings across client projects and assisting with documentation as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CAD/drafting experience, is proficient in major CAD software, and can work remotely from the UK on a self-employed basis. Occasional in-person meetings in London may be required.

Qualifications

Role Overview

You will support engineers and designers by preparing accurate CAD models and drawings across a variety of client projects. Typical responsibilities include:

• Creating 2D drawings and 3D models
• Updating and amending technical drawings
• Preparing fabrication/assembly drawings and documentation
• Ensuring drawings follow relevant engineering and drafting standards
• Supporting concept development and design detailing

Requirements

• 1–3 years of CAD/drafting experience
• Proficiency in any major CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.)
