Qualifications

• Competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ideally hold a Civil Engineering degree.
• Experience in Site 3D / Causeway Flow is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings for residential and commercial planning applications.
• Liaising directly with clients as necessary.
• Preparing engineering base plans for residential sites.

What you need to succeed:

• Competent and highly efficient in the use of AutoCAD.
• Competent in all Microsoft Office 365 applications – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related subject.
• Site 3D / Causeway Flow experience would be advantageous.

The role:

• Preparing drawings to support residential and commercial planning applications.
• Preparing drawings to support s38, s104, and s278 applications.
• Preparing engineering base plans to support the detailed design of residential sites.
• Liaising directly with clients when necessary.
