Job summary

Roc Search Europe Limited in Slough is seeking an experienced 5‑Axis Machinist / Programmer to join a fast‑growing robotics business developing high‑performance unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) designed for rapid deployment.

You will program and operate 5‑axis CNC machinery to produce complex, high‑precision components, collaborating with design engineers to optimise manufacturability, quality and efficiency, while owning machining processes and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 5-axis CNC machining and programming.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and precision manufacturing.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solving and ownership.

Salary: £40,000-£55,000

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Working Arrangement: Fully on‑site

We're looking for an experienced 5-Axis Machinist / Programmer to join a fast‑growing robotics business developing high‑performance Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) designed for fast, modular and mission‑ready deployment.

You'll manufacture high‑precision components that go directly into advanced robotic systems, working closely with design engineers to turn complex designs into high‑quality finished parts.
