About the role

We are recruiting for a temporary position to assist with a specific project, reporting to the Space Planning Manager. The role is based in our Derby branch, working alongside other team members but independently on data entry into AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting feedback from site surveys and uploading survey data into AutoCAD as per project specifications.
• Following existing department and project-specific processes for document management and record-keeping.
• Proactively engaging with stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2025), with the ability to use it competently.
• Attention to detail and consistency in work approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster good stakeholder relationships.
