Job Overview

An outstanding opportunity in Preston for a Chartered Building Services Consultant seeking a CAD Manager position. You will work for a dual-office consultancy with a nationwide presence and an exceptional reputation in the sector. The key benefit of this role is the opportunity to progress to Revit MEP within a short period, even if you do not have prior experience with it upon joining. You will also work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including public, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and residential developments in the North West region.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D AutoCAD layouts and schematics for building services projects.
• Assist with site surveys, laser scanning, and building surveys.
• Manage document control and help set and maintain departmental standards.
• Support the transition and growth into Revit MEP.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Building Services AutoCAD drawings.
• Qualifications in Building Services or M&E.
• Experience in a CAD Technician role with aspirations to step into CAD Management or existing CAD Managers.
