Job summary

Dexters Notting Hill is seeking an organized floor plan designer to support the design team with accurate floor and lease plans for marketing and operations. You will use AutoCAD to create and edit detailed layouts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You'll join a fast-paced environment with full training and development. The role offers a commission-based salary (£26,400–£35,000 OTE) and a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 to 5:30, at Dexters Notting Hill.

• High attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD including lease, domestic, and commercial layouts.
• Ensure floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
• Meet daily KPI targets and project volumes.
• Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Collaborate with photography team to integrate floor plans with marketing materials.
• Take on additional design work such as photo editing and client communications.
• Quality control for other design assets.
