Job summary

Keylr is a B2B property marketplace connecting Property Managers with trusted professionals across the UK. We’re seeking experienced freelance Floor Plan Surveyors to join our growing supplier network in London and beyond.

You’ll visit properties, measure spaces, and produce clear floor plans via the Keylr platform, working flexibly as a sole trader. Applicants should have proven floor plan or measured survey experience, strong attention to detail, UK property standards knowledge, and the

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience creating property floor plans or carrying out measured property surveys.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use floor plan measuring tools or software.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Professional, reliable, and organised.
• DBS Certificate that is no more than 3 years old
• Familiar with UK property standards and compliance requirements
• Right to Work status in the UK
• Relevant insurance as a sole trader
• Use your own software

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to measure rooms and internal spaces accurately.
• Create clear and accurate floor plans.
• Record room dimensions and property layouts.
• Identify key property features and include them in the floor plan.
• Ensure all measurements are accurate before submission.
• Upload floor plans through the Keylr platform.
• Communicate with Property Managers through the platform.
• Complete jobs within the agreed schedule and SLA.
