Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Junior / Graduate CAD Engineer / Design Technician. Based in the South West UK, you will join a cradle to grave manufacturer and contribute to the development of detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using SolidWorks.

You will benefit from in-house and external training, strong progression opportunities, and a hybrid role with office and home-based work.

Salary: GBP26500 - GBP35000 per annum + Progression + Training + Hybrid

CAD Engineer / Design Technician (Progression)

£26,500 - £35,00 + Industry Training + Career Progression + Healthcare + 29 days Holiday + Hybrid

Office and home based role, commutable from Plymouth, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Kingsbridge, Exeter, Ivybridge and surrounding areas.

The Role:

• Create detailed 3D models, engineering and production drawings using SolidWorks
• Prepare manufacturing documentation, component schedules and technical information
• Work closely with production, procurement and installation teams across multiple projects
