Job Title: CAD Engineer - MEP

Location: Westerham Office 4 Days/Week

We are a dynamic and growing engineering consultancy working on a wide variety of projects ranging in value from GBP0.5 million to GBP120 million. With a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and innovation, we deliver high-performance design and engineering solutions across multiple sectors. We are now seeking a skilled CAD Engineer to join our team, with opportunities available for both junior and senior-level candidates.

Role Overview:

As a CAD Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting CAD/BIM development across all of our projects. Based primarily in our Westerham office (4 days per week), youll work closely with project teams to produce accurate technical drawings and assist in the development of design solutions from early concepts through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide CAD and BIM support across a broad range of live and planned projects.
  • Create, manage, and revise technical drawings, models, and documentation in accordance with project and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain drawing registers and assist in coordination of project data.
  • Ensure CAD outputs meet project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Work on a wide range of project scales, from GBP0.5m fit-outs to GBP120m developments.



Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar BIM tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Desirable (Depending on Experience Level):

  • Familiarity with MEP, architectural, or structural design workflows.
  • Previous experience on projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tools or processes as needed.


Experience Levels:
