Job summary

Probe UK Limited in Birmingham is seeking a CAD Engineer to join a friendly, supportive team designing niche products. You will create detailed CAD models, generate drawings and collaborate with engineers from concept to production, turning ideas into manufacturable solutions with a sharp eye for detail.

The role is permanent with a days shift, offering hybrid working after qualifying period and occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360).
• A sharp eye for detail and engineering accuracy.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, not creating them.
• Bonus: manufacturing or production experience.
• Ideally apprentice trained, or degree educated with some work experience.

DUTIES

• Creating detailed CAD models and technical drawings

REQUIREMENTS

• Someone who enjoys solving problems, not creating them
• Passion for engineering and design
• Bonus Points If You…Have manufacturing or production experience
• Ideally Apprentice trained, or Degree educated with some work experience
• Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
