This is a unique opportunity to step away from the bench and into the Drawing Office, applying your hands-on knowledge to support the full client journey—from initial design concepts to manufacturing-ready drawings.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented maker with a passion for high-end craftsmanship and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, design-led environment. (Full CAD training will be provided.)

The Role

• Produce detailed technical drawings that bring premium kitchen designs to life—from client-facing visuals to production-ready specifications
• Collaborate closely with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy and delivery excellence
• Apply cabinet making knowledge to problem-solve and refine technical drawings
• Operate within deadlines and adapt to a fast-moving, premium brand environment

• Experienced in 'cabinets' with a strong understanding of bespoke furniture construction
