CAD Design Technician (Large Scale Scaffold)

£30,000 - £40,000 + 24 Days Holiday + Christmas Bonus + Annual Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Training + Flexible hours

Are you a CAD Technician with experience in the Construction industry looking to work for an growing business working with some the capital's most exciting construction projects?

Are you looking to work for a privately owned design specialist that works with the biggest multinational corporations in London?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company that has delivered excellence in MCWP/Scaffolding and Powered Access design and installation for many years. This varied opportunity allows you to work with large commercial clients.

You will assist with the preparation of conceptual and technical drawings and documentation for various design projects, ensuring all work is carried out precisely, efficiently, and within the set timescales. You will work both independently and as part of a team, consulting with clients and other departments.

You will work 80% of the time in Head Office (near Walthamstow Central) with 20% site visits to conduct surveys and scope projects.

The role:

• Consulting with clients to help create, design and deliver projects on time




• Preparation of 3D drawings




• Site surveying




• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard

The person:

• Prior Experience in 3D CAD design




• Experience with either Inventor, AutoCad, Solidworks, Revit or a similar system




• Strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of staff within the business and external providers
