Term Time Teachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role in a Tonbridge nursery. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment where children learn and play, supporting development in line with EYFS requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a proactive approach, with a view to long-term opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Formación

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.

Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Hours: Part-time
Contract: Long-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent

We are looking for a dedicated CACHE Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in the Tonbridge area on a part-time basis.

The Role

You will play an important role in providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Following the EYFS framework to support children's progress.
• Creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed.
• Contributing to observations, assessments and children's developmental records.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
• Has good communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
