Senior Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Integrated

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare equipment, mainly in cables and power departments, for productions and dry hires to high standards.
  2. Clean and recoiling cables returned from productions and hires.
  3. Check in cables returned from productions and hires.
  4. Ensure all cables, flight cases, and mains distro are clean, maintained, and well-presented to meet Sterling standards.
  5. Keep workspaces tidy and organized.
  6. Perform general service, maintenance, and repair of cables.
  7. Load and unload vans and trucks.
  8. Conduct PAT testing.
  9. Occasionally handle deliveries, collections, and site work (a full UK driving license is an advantage but not essential).
  10. Maintain high health & safety standards and adhere to company policies.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  1. High self-motivation, with leadership qualities and teamwork skills.
  2. Experience in the events industry in a similar role.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  4. Good knowledge of electrical safety.
  5. Self-motivated with initiative.

  9. Forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
