Job summary

Quest Employment are seeking Skilled Cable Assemblers with soldering experience for a leading manufacturer in Moulton Park, Northampton. The role offers a Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:15 and Friday 07:30-15:15 shift, full-time temporary to permanent opportunities and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates will have proven cable assembly and soldering experience, with the ability to read technical instructions, work accurately and maintain high quality standards in a clean production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cable assembly.
• Previous soldering experience.
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble power, data and electrical cables to specification.
• Solder components and connections to a high standard.
• Crimp, strip and terminate wires.
• Read and follow written and visual technical instructions.
• Carry out quality checks on completed products.
• Work to production targets and deadlines.
