Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting for experienced Skilled Cable Assemblers with soldering experience to join a leading manufacturer at Moulton Park, Northampton. This role offers Monday to Friday daytime shifts with immediate starts and weekly pay.

You will work in a clean production environment assembling high-quality cables, with opportunities for a permanent position and ongoing work through temp-to-perm options.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly and soldering
• Ability to read written/visual technical instructions
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assemble power, data and electrical cables to specification
• Solder components and connections to a high standard
• Crimp, strip and terminate wires
• Read and follow technical instructions
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow health and safety procedures
