Job summary

Holt Engineering in Waterlooville is partnering with a manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Cable Assembler. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, within electronics manufacturing.

You will follow technical drawings, perform soldering to IPC 620, cut, crimp and strip cables, loom and wire cables, and solder connectors to coaxial cables. A background in cable assembly and loom/wiring is essential, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Cable assembly experience required.
• Experience with loom­ing and wiring tasks.
• Soldering to IPC 620 standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing industry preferred.

Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Waterlooville, who are on the lookout for an experienced Cable Assembler.

The company are a leading manufacturer of electronics and distribute their products across the world for the electronics industry.

This role is a full time position, working Monday to Friday.

As a Cable Assembler, you will be:

• Following technical drawings
• Soldering to IPC 620 standards
• Cutting, crimping, and striping cables
• Cable looming and wiring
• Soldering connectors to Coaxial cables

To be a successful Cable Assembler:

• Have Cable assembly experience
• Previous experience within Looming and Wiring
• Have cable soldering experience (Preferably IPC 620 standard)
• Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Previous experience within electronics manufacturing industry

This role is paying between £12.71-£14ph
