Job summary

A specialist talent consultancy is seeking a Cable Assembler in Portsmouth. This role involves stripping, potting, and assembling cable harnesses. Overview

Role: Cable Assembler
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working pattern

Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00
Friday 07:30 - 13:00

Contract

Temp to Perm (12 weeks working via Agency then move into a permanent position with the client)

Responsibilities

• Working from a bench stripping, potting, assembling, crimping, soldering wires and components to build cable harnesses and loom assemblies.

Requirements

• You would have previous experience within an assembly position and used to working to strict job cards and instructions, a high level of dexterity and attention to detail.
