Job description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team, with a position available at our Fakenham workshop in North Norfolk.

The workshops are equipped with the best in modern machinery and tooling and the successful candidates will join our established team of Cabinet Makers, Joiners, Veneerers and Finishers. All work is bespoke, and therefore very varied, offering challenging opportunities to produce exquisite creations. Within Bill Cleyndert & Company, we also drive and support development with a pay progression structure for Cabinet Makers.

Required Skills & Experience:

Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative from technical drawings, be proficient on machinery with care for their work, possessing an eye for detail and quality. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cabinet Maker preferably in the bespoke high-end industry with a keen willingness to learn.

An excellent package is available for successful candidates with above average rates of pay, pay progression structure, overtime premium, profit sharing, long service additional holiday, pension scheme, inclusion in company social events and training & development opportunities.

The core working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm, with occasional opportunity to travel and assist with installation of furniture in the UK and overseas.
