Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Installation Fitter in Speke (L24) for a full-time temporary position with a strong chance of becoming permanent. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break. You will prepare cabins for painting, fit windows/doors, and perform basic plumbing.

No formal qualifications are required; practical DIY skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Overtime is available and the start date is immediate.

Qualifications

• Basic DIY confidence.
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in joinery, plumbing or electrical work is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prep cabins for painting and finishing.
• Fit windows and doors.
• Carry out basic plumbing tasks.
• Use power tools safely.
• Install panels, replace flooring, and handle general repairs.
