Ryanair is seeking candidates for its Future Cabin Crew programme, inviting aspiring individuals to join its vibrant team. With no prior experience necessary, you will receive free training, a competitive salary, and enjoy fantastic travel benefits. Ideal candidates are outgoing, adaptable, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service on every flight.
Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.
This is an exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s growing network of 90+ operational bases, delivering best-in-class customer service to over 600,000 guests on over 3,600 flights every day.
Flying for Ryanair offers amazing perks such as unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off roster’, and highly competitive salary packages, all complemented by world-leading, free training.
No prior experience is necessary as our training courses are designed to equip you with fundamental skills to ensure a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon completion, you will be awarded your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready to take to the skies.
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding, but also demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate both early and late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am or staying until midnight. If you are not a morning person, consider carefully before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal career!
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening applications for aspiring candidates to join our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.
We will review your complete application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you will be placed in a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for upcoming training courses. Our team will stay in contact to provide updates and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
To progress, you must complete initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, added to our hold pool for future training opportunities.
