What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer with limited roles, we are opening a 'hold pool' for future training courses later this year. Candidates can express interest by completing an application and participating in an online interview.
If successful, you'll be added to the hold pool and prioritized for upcoming training courses. We will keep you updated and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
Please note: To progress, you must complete the initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
