Job summary

Jet2.com is recruiting Cabin Crew at Birmingham Airport. You’ll be safety‑minded, friendly and professional, delivering award‑winning service on every flight and assisting passengers with a wide range of needs.

This is a full‑time Fixed Term contract until the end of the Summer Season 2027, with varied early and late shifts, weekends and holidays. Training is provided from day one, with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security and wellbeing of customers on every flight.
• Deliver award-winning service and create memorable onboard experiences.
• Assist customers with a wide range of needs and provide first aid when required.
• Promote and sell onboard products with confidence.
• Collaborate with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck for safe operations.
• Follow all procedures and safety standards consistently.
