Job description

Want to become Cabin Crew for Europe’s Largest Airline Group?

This is your opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s expanding network of more than 90 operational bases, delivering excellent customer service to over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights!

Flying for Ryanair offers great perks such as unlimited discount travel to over 250 destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, competitive salaries, and world-class, free training!

No prior experience is necessary as our training courses will equip you with essential skills to ensure a safe and exceptional inflight experience. After training, you'll receive your 'Cabin Crew Wings' and be ready to fly!

As part of the Ryanair Cabin Crew family, you'll be immersed in our culture from day one. Career progression opportunities include becoming a Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even our next Director of Inflight!

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, sometimes starting as early as 5 am or finishing late at midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider this before applying. If you're customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect career!

Please note: As part of the application process, candidates must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to do so will disqualify you from progressing to the interview stage.

Requirements

  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Adaptable to shift work
  • Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment
  • A passion for traveling and meeting new people
  • Free internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course
  • Paid training allowance
  • Unlimited discounted staff travel
  • Fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern
  • The adventure of a lifetime within our Cabin Crew network
  • Opportunities to explore new cultures and cities during days off
  • Free uniform in the first year and an annual allowance thereafter
  • Job security with a financially stable airline
