Requirements of the Role

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in aviation is not required — we’re focused on your attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly.
  • Remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions.
  • Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team.
  • Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and make customers feel valued going the extra mile to make their experience memorable.

The Essentials:

To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you’ll need to:

  • Be 18+ years old.
  • Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Hold the right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
  • Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive).
  • Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission).
  • Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.
  • Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
