Flying for Ryanair offers incredible perks such as unlimited discount travel to 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off’ roster, competitive salaries, and free world-class training.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is required; our training courses equip you with essential skills to ensure safety and provide an excellent inflight experience. Upon completion, you'll receive your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready to fly!
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, reporting as early as 5 am and sometimes working until midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider carefully before applying. If you are customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be your perfect career!
What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer, we are opening up opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.
What does this mean?
We will review your completed application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you'll be added to a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for upcoming training courses. We will stay in contact to update you on future courses and confirm your interest in preferred or alternative locations.
Note: To progress, you must complete initial stages including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future training opportunities.
