Cabin Crew – Expression of Interest – Stansted

What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?

As we prepare for another record-breaking summer, we are opening up opportunities for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining our Cabin Crew “hold pool” for future training courses later this year.

What does this mean?

We will review your completed application and invite you to an online interview. If successful, you'll be added to a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for upcoming training courses. We will stay in contact to update you on future courses and confirm your interest in preferred or alternative locations.

Note: To progress, you must complete initial stages including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future training opportunities.

Requirements

• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely within the Ryanair network.
• Be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
• Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else in the water.
• Be hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly.
• Be adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Speak and write English confidently and pass an English Language Assessment.
• Have a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
• Receive free internationally recognized Cabin Crew training.
