You will operate early and late shifts, with duties starting as early as 5 am and sometimes not returning home until midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider this before applying. However, if you are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal career!
What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer season with limited roles, we are opening an expression of interest for future Cabin Crew training courses later this year.
What does this mean?
Complete your application and participate in an online interview. If successful, you will be placed in a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for upcoming training courses. We will stay in contact to update you on future opportunities and confirm your interest in preferred locations.
Please note: To progress, you must complete the initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in our hold pool for future training.
